Lauren’s previous theatrical experience  has mainly been as a performer, so she is excited to be branching out as a co-director of Closer as well as a founder of Crash Course Theatre. Having previously studied art and now media at college, Lauren hopes to continue exploring as many areas of the arts as possible. This year Lauren has been to Dublin and the Edinburgh Fringe with Youth Theatre Arts Scotland as a Young Critic, as well as being involved with Ignite Youth Theatre in Glasgow. She particularly enjoys contemporary theatre and visual, experimental work that plays with audience and staging.
